"Las Mezcalilleras" are the women who've helped in the cultivation, distillation, and traditons of mezcal production.

This series was designed to be featured on the walls of the fine-dining establishment Cultura in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, for guests to appreciate as they feast on latin american influenced cuisine. Each of these women tell a unique story and carry with delicacy, a different species of agave which personify and represent the women of Mezcal.
